Building a more inclusive and accessible experience for everyone.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

새벽 아우라 In Goryeo, operated by MGIK (Morning Glory In Korea), is committed to providing an online experience that is as accessible, inclusive and usable as reasonably possible.

We recognise that customers and visitors may access our Services using different devices, browsers, assistive technologies and methods of interaction.

Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we aim to continue improving our website as our Services, technology and content evolve.

2. Accessibility Standards

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) as an important reference when reviewing and improving the accessibility of our website.

WCAG is based on four fundamental accessibility principles:

  • Perceivable — information and interface components should be presented in ways users can perceive.
  • Operable — interface components and navigation should be usable through different forms of interaction.
  • Understandable — information and operation of the interface should be clear and understandable.
  • Robust — content should be compatible with current and future user agents and assistive technologies.

We do not claim that every page, feature or third-party integration currently achieves complete conformance with every WCAG success criterion.

3. Shopify & Accessibility

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify develops accessibility best practices for themes with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines in mind.

However, accessibility can also be affected by custom code, applications, images, videos, colours, content, third-party integrations and modifications made to a theme.

For this reason, accessibility requires ongoing review rather than relying solely on the underlying ecommerce platform.

4. Measures We Aim to Support

Where reasonably possible, we aim to support accessibility measures including:

  • Clear and consistent navigation.
  • Readable text and understandable page structure.
  • Appropriate heading hierarchy.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls where supported.
  • Visible focus indicators for interactive elements.
  • Appropriate colour contrast where reasonably possible.
  • Descriptive links and controls.
  • Accessible forms and form labels where supported.
  • Responsive layouts for different screen sizes and devices.
  • Compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies where possible.

5. Images & Alternative Text

We aim to provide meaningful alternative text for important images where appropriate.

Alternative text can help customers who use screen readers or other assistive technologies understand visual content that is relevant to the purpose of a page or product.

Decorative images may intentionally use empty alternative text where appropriate so that they do not create unnecessary interruptions for users of assistive technology.

6. Keyboard Navigation

We aim to ensure that important interactive elements can be accessed and operated using a keyboard where technically supported.

This may include navigation menus, links, forms, buttons and other interactive controls.

We also aim to maintain visible focus indicators so that keyboard users can more easily understand which element is currently selected.

7. Text, Colour & Readability

We aim to use readable typography, sufficient spacing and colour combinations that support clear interpretation of our content.

Whenever possible, important information should not rely exclusively on colour to communicate meaning.

Customers may also use browser or operating-system tools to enlarge text, zoom pages or apply accessibility preferences according to their individual needs.

8. Forms, Checkout & Customer Accounts

Forms, checkout functions and customer account functionality may include elements provided directly by Shopify or authorised third-party services.

We aim to use accessible labels, instructions, validation messages and controls where these features are within our control.

If you experience difficulty completing an order or using a form, please contact Customer Care and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

9. Multimedia & Dynamic Content

Our website may contain videos, animations, interactive features, sliders, social media integrations or other dynamic content.

We aim to improve the accessibility of multimedia and interactive content where technically and reasonably possible.

Some third-party multimedia or embedded content may be subject to the accessibility features and limitations of the external provider.

10. Third-Party Applications & Services

새벽 아우라 In Goryeo may use third-party applications and services for functionality such as payments, reviews, social media, communications, shipping, analytics or customer support.

Although we aim to select responsible service providers, we may not have complete control over the accessibility of independently operated third-party tools, interfaces or content.

We encourage third-party providers to maintain accessible services and may review integrations where accessibility issues are identified.

11. Accessibility Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing information, navigating our website, placing an order or using any part of our Services because of an accessibility barrier, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the relevant information, service or assistance through an alternative accessible method where practicable.

12. Reporting an Accessibility Issue

Accessibility feedback helps us identify and address barriers that may otherwise be difficult to detect.

When reporting an accessibility issue, it is helpful if you can provide:

  • The page or URL where the problem occurred.
  • A brief description of the difficulty you experienced.
  • The device or browser you were using, if relevant.
  • The assistive technology used, if you wish to provide that information.
  • Any other information that may help us reproduce and understand the issue.

You are not required to disclose medical information or disability details in order to request accessibility assistance.

13. Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is not a one-time project.

We may periodically review our website, content, customisations and third-party integrations to identify opportunities for improvement.

Updates to our theme, products, applications or content may occasionally introduce new accessibility issues, and we aim to investigate and address reported barriers where reasonably possible.

14. No Guarantee of Complete Accessibility

While we are committed to accessibility and continuous improvement, we cannot guarantee that every page, feature, integration or piece of third-party content will be completely accessible to every user or compatible with every assistive technology.

This statement should not be interpreted as a certification of full compliance with any particular accessibility standard unless such certification is expressly stated following an appropriate accessibility assessment.

15. Changes to This Accessibility Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement periodically to reflect improvements to our website, changes in technology, updates to our Services or developments in recognised accessibility standards.

The latest version will be published through our website and the “Last updated” date will be amended accordingly.
