🍜돈코츠 라멘 - Tonkotsu Ramen (100g)🍜

I love this tonkotsu ramen for those days when I want something rich, warm and properly comforting without turning the kitchen upside down. The creamy pork-style broth has that deep savoury character I look for in tonkotsu, and the noodles soak it up beautifully, so even a quick bowl feels wonderfully satisfying.

What I enjoy most is how easily I can dress it up depending on what I have at home. I like adding spring onion, mushrooms, nori and an egg, and when I want to make it feel extra special I add a few slices of pork. It takes only a few extra minutes, but suddenly my instant ramen feels much closer to the cosy bowl I would order when I am craving Japanese comfort food.

I always eat this one piping hot while the broth is still steaming and the noodles are springy. For me it is a brilliant cupboard staple for busy days, cold evenings or simply those moments when I want a deeply savoury bowl of ramen with almost no fuss.
