🍜새우맛 라멘 - Shrimp Ramen (100g)🍜

When I want something warm, savoury and full of seafood character, this shrimp ramen is an easy choice. I love the comforting broth with its distinctive shrimp flavour and the springy noodles that soak up every bit of it.

I like serving it piping hot with a few shrimp, spring onion and bamboo shoots to turn a quick packet of noodles into a more complete bowl. It is simple enough for a busy lunch, but still has that cosy ramen feeling I want at the end of a long day.

For me, it is one of those useful pantry staples: quick to prepare, easy to customise and especially satisfying when I am craving a seafood-style Japanese ramen.
